The Procter Room has to be the finest we've ever stayed in, with fireplace and jacuzzi adding just the right touch to an exceptionally clean and well-appointed room. All this in the center of Lenox! "What a lovely place to stay! The Innkeepers were the most gracious hosts and truly made me feel at home at the Gateways Inn! The room in which I stayed (the Berkshire Room) was perfect- wonderfully decorated for the holidays, beautiful and quite comfy. The toasty fireplace and heated towels were definitely an added bonus.

I also enjoyed an early breakfast here and found it to be perfect! The food was impeccable and the atmosphere was just right.

The Innkeepers definitely go the extra mile for all of their guests- they checked in with me to make sure that I had everything I needed before I retired for the evening and were quick to ask the next morning how I slept. Very approachable and kind, they are the quintessential inn owners! He was wonderful to speak with while he was bar tending and she was chatting while adding lovely homey holiday touches to the inn!

“I had a wonderful experience staying at the Gateways Inn. The guestroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the innkeepers were exceptional hosts. Their knowledge of Lenox and the whole Berkshire Region was incredible. They did a wonderful job making sure I visited all the worthwhile places to see in the area. The meals at the Gateways Restaurant were delicious! Their homemade cheesecake was bar far the best cheesecake I've ever had! I would definitely recommend the Gateways Inn & La Terrazza Restaurant to anyone traveling to Lenox area."
