Take In a Show at Shakespeare & Company

Beginning May 24th, Shakespeare & Company will be performing Shakespeare’s Will by playwright Vern Thiessen. The play tells the tale of Anne Hathaway, Shakespeare’s wife. Tour Ventforth Hall Mansion and Gilded Age Museum
Ventforth Hall Mansion and Gilded Age Museum is a Jacobean style mansion with about 50 rooms totaling 28,000 square feet. Originally built in 1893, today the mansion provides visitors with a look at life in the period of the 19th century known as the Gilded Age through tours, performances, lectures and exhibits. And film fans may recognize Ventforth from the 1997 Oscar winning film, The Cider House Rules.
Horseback Ride Through the Berkshires
May marks the beginning of the season at Berkshires Horseback Adventures. Rides are available for riders of all skill levels and range from one hour rides to overnight adventures. Be sure to make a reservation, as the schedule tends to fill up as summer approaches. Another great option for equine enthusiasts is Undermountain Farm, which has outdoor riding areas as well as an indoor arena.
Enjoy a Program at the Norman Rockwell Museum
